🍽️ recent meal made with my mother-in-law pav bhaji - a mumbai street food. kind of like vegan sloppy joe! she made the curry and I made the rolls

two rolls made of white flour, an Indian recipe called “pav” - pronounced “puv” on a white plate with a healthy scoop of bhaji, a mumbai street-style curry. topped with green pepper and cilantro.

That is v nice. The curry makes all the difference. I usually use store bought buns but I am sure fresh home baked ones must be nicer.
