I'm so tired as of late! What are some ways you guys keep energized throughout the day?

Unhealthy amounts of coffee, energy drinks or hiding in a utility closet for an hour.

Mostly drink diet cola to stay caffeinated/energized 😄 Maybe also depends on what kind of tired I am tho? Like sleepy, or mentally exhausted, or just unmotivated... Maybe different thoughts depending on what kind of tired, and why! Sorry to hear you're feeling tired lately tho, that kinda sucks...
