Do the Afghan adjustment provisions apply to afghans who have applied for advance humanitarian parole but are still waiting on a decision and remain overseas? Asking for a number of friends.
Unfortunately, it's dead? Killed by politicians who haven't even considered it, who would not read it because they were ordered to not even think about it? Our Congress is broken and there is no glue available to fix it.

this is good. a question: under emergency authority there's a mandatory floor of 1400/day at ports, as you mention. isn't this floor considerably more than we're processing now?
This is good work -- it feels pointless after the GOP withdrew it, but I bet it's used as a template for something similar later.
