I had no idea how biased it was - when I was politically unaware didn’t notice & many people are in that state, still.
I think MSM have overplayed their hand. Starmer knows he won’t win a second term with the state they’re in & pretty sure he’ll tackle it in Year 2/3
The whole idea of a register of interests is to be transparent. Starmer followed the rules but people have decided to judge him on it. It’s ridiculous. The answer is to pay politicians more & then they’ll be up in arms because they’ve had a payrise it’s so stupid.
But it’s OK for Tories to do it - for decades & not a peep. It’s been completely manufactured by MSM to whip people up, people who don’t know how politics even works here in the UK.
Going over in *whiteboard* marker also works.
Dang nabbit there are p*rn bots on here too??? FFS
Should be the stock response to the Daily Fail: *F.O. I won’t talk to you. Go away.* www.thelondoneconomic.com/news/media/g...
The Match of the Day man was in no mood to talk to the newspaper about speculation concerning his future on the BBC's flagship show.
He has a great comms team. It’s an MSM hit job as these the register of interests is part of parliament & has been since 1974. The issue is people have decided they now don’t want members to accept gifts & donations on the whim of the Tory press.
