Do they survive an east coast winter? I planted one and it's having the time of it's life right now

Good question! I would think they would be cold tolerant. I think they need good drainage. I have a small number of the smaller autumn crocus. They are in a rocky, inhospitable slope and gave returned each year (over 30 years).
