I don't know if it's me, the algorithm, or what, but the For You Threads feed is an unrelenting torrent of awful people being awful. Awful customers, awful bosses, awful HR, awful customer service, etc., etc.

I find that the algorithm is incredibly sticky. When the new iOS came out, I looked at a few posts about the changes, and now that’s all my for you feed ever is.
