Demographic Workshop highlights 1 CA has entered a period of slow/no pop growth. Not a crisis, just means thinking differently abt meeting needs. 2 Low birth rates aren't bad. BUT people should be able to have the nmbr of kids they'd like. Means access to repro health + policies to support families
