It's ACS data release day! Housing-related highlights from the 2023 1-year estimates include: 🔵 Housing costs rose between 2022 & 2023 for both homeowners and renters. 🔵 Nearly HALF of renters are cost-burdened. 🔵 In Florida, 1.2 million homeowners paid $4,000+ a year for homeowner’s insurance.
Over 21 million renter households spent more than 30% of their income on housing costs in 2023.
