10 years ago I was misdiagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, which set me back for years in getting the right diagnosis; Dercum Disease. It became a teaching moment. "When you hear hooves it's a horse not a zebra" is bs. Reality is that if it looks like a duck, quack likes a duck, it's a damn duck.

Some folks experience that problem when the theme is set to dark. Had that issue in the previous versions, but not the current. Apparently dark mode can be a resource hog. Otherwise it may be having HTTPS-Only mode on, though that's a guess.

Finally saw GI doc. Most likely culprits are covid gut problems and the anti-inflammatory taken for covid induced pericarditis. Few other possibilities, so more tests, but those are the top of the list. Have better guidance on how to deal with the malnutrition too. Progress.
