Again, I don't think that's quite true. Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) is a core mission for both the national guard and our active duty military. We have been very actively engaged in places like the Caribbean.

I'm happy to learn that, although I maintain that portion will necessarily grow in the near future. The scale of the impending disasters will require that level of response.
