They're not trying to build anything sustainable. If the idea is just to squeeze it dry and fob it off later, then I guess it is working for them. And no one else.

It’s basically the mob doing a bust out right? You buy something, sell off all the valuable parts, squeeze the content side of it dry , load it with debt then send it to restructuring after you’ve gotten a bonus?

I guess that’s my question: is it working for them? It’s profitable to buy a media company and slowly drive it into the ground?
