Wenn seine Bauchspeicheldrüse gar nichts mehr macht ... bei einem Mensch kann das eine Sache von wenigen Tagen sein, dass man dann tot ist (Stichwort: Ketoazidose). Denke nicht, dass das bei Tieren anders ist.
