How about the oyster mushrooms I got in a produce box and have no idea how to approach? Omnivore in a multicultural suburb, anything goes for ingredients. (Full disclosure I have an NYT cooking subscription too, but I’d love some guidance)

i used a blend of mushrooms including oysters when i made this! unfortunately i think the other oyster mushroom recipes i've made were not nyt
