I hope the action combat feels more integrated into the combat overall. I liked the concept in Daybreak, but the game was so easy, even on nightmare, that I actually stopped using action combat entirely like half way through the game.

I usually play the games on Normal or less, so I can't comment on the difficulty. I felt like the field combat is, at least until now, simplistic, maybe it will open up more.
