Hey hey! Never done a rowing erg marathon. I do half marathons occasionally and did a 30k a while back. Marathon distance is a long time to erg.

I’ve done halfs and I’m currently doing training for it that is having me spend >90 minutes on the erg. The seat isn’t painful exactly, but it’s unpleasant. Other than that I feel pretty good so far. Following this: quantifiedrowing.com/wp-content/u...
