I went down a rabbit hole in the past about people suing Twitter (pre musk) and facebook for being banned without reason and coming out on top or getting things settled outside of court. FA is small beans but I still say why not?

Someone did actually try to sue FA in the past, i cant remember all the details but the case basically got thrown out before it could even go anywhere; if you look back on twitter there might still be some tweets floating around about it
