First time dry enough to walk the Bde Maka Ska underpass in several months. Precip extremes temporarily in balance.
I wouldn't go that far - we're still in a drought. Bde Maka Ska is just part of the Minnehaha creek watershed which is all managed - they just stopped flow at Gray's dam Never stumbled on this site before, but awesome tool for exploring the data! minnehahacreek.org/explore/wate...
