I just got a Covid and flu vaccine today at CVS. They had a sign that says “Free Covid Vaccine”. I thought that was for everyone. Mine is covered by insurance so it wasn’t an issue. They should be free for everyone.
“No cost with most insurance” is unfortunately not free for all. I agree it should be.
On Thursday, I found out Walgreens didn't expect the new COVID booster to arrive until Friday, and then CVS said Huh. It looks like my insurance didn't cover it yet. "It must be too new."
The government program that made them free to all ended recently. It needs to come back.
