Good Q about project leads. Faculty? Staff? Co-leads? Ellis points to co-leaders taking on different roles. That AVP might not have much time, but they can do 1 or 2 things that no one else can do. Projects need a leader and a manager. Sometimes those should be two different people. #POD23
