How will the ombudsman to deal with complaints from private tenants who have been unlawfully evicted ?
does this include the abolition of accelerated passion orders whereby tenants can be evicted without a court order and given only 14 days to prepare a defence ?
New Government needs to look at unused accommodation at this base at Biggin Hill in the London Borough of Bromley which has over 1500 households in temporary accommodation.
