And then there’s that other ADHD moment when you haphazardly pick up said 1/3 filled coffee cup assuming it’s empty, and have coffee spill everywhere. “Oh… there was still coffee?!” 😩

I can so relate, I also have ADHD and for the last four years I’ve literally been *drawing* my own calendars (drawing every grid with the numbers) on sheets of A4 paper, because I kept procrastinating buying one😖 Yesterday I bought one for 2025 and I feel so relieved to be free from drawing them! 😅
