Petunia is bonded to my other OC Halcyon and the two of them have been together since they were very little! She lives in their house with them and follows them around everywhere 💖
Their bright winter colors are not only for mating purposes but also to deter predators, although their size and temperament usually takes care of that. The tusks in the winter are for fighting, both for mates and to fend off predators that become desperate enough to come after them.
They feed on any plant matter they can find but prefer tubers and roots, which becomes their primary food during fall/winter. They use their huge digging claws to forage!
She's not a triceratops! She's a species called a cera, which is based off of triceratops/ceratopsians in general! They live in a climate that is harsh in summer and in winter, hence the drastic differences in appearance!
