2. i also have trouble with continuously maintaining something/doing what im currently doing -> probably i should try some focus exercise? idk maybe meditating or just trying to stay still and focus for 10 unbroken minutes
i also think i should start somewhere like: 1. have trouble reading long ass documentations -> i should try to read more to make myself comfortable with the act of reading itself, whatever that i read should be game, as long as im doing it
i want to be more focused and less scatterbrained, that's literally my 2025 goal... i will be unstoppable!
