Got in arguments with multiple people on Twitter who insist that Minneapolis burned down. Most live far away and are getting their "information" from Fox News, but a few live in the suburbs and just apparently haven't gone in to the city. So frustrating.
My favorite though was when Nate Pentz posted a pic of his neighborhood, and got hundreds of replies saying "yeah, that's a rich white neighborhood in the suburbs." IT WAS NORTH MINNEAPOLIS (which is not that)
And no police presence. If 5 people with a BLM sign stand on a street corner there’s 50 police and a news crew, but somehow a city in rubble is believable
okay but there’s also opportunities to fuck with these nerds & it makes it kinda fun lol
I had the distinct pleasure of bringing my Trumphumping Mother in Law on a visit to Seattle. I trolled her mercilessly about how it was a shame that everything was burned down. . . . :)
