No it is not a genocide. Jews are not genociding non-Jews. "Israeli" includes Palestinians. Israel targets Hamas, Hezbollah, and yes any who seek Israel harm.

Sadly Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. have no problem instigating wars that place innocents in harm's way which is why if there's a genocide it is one on the hands of Hamas, Hezbollah, et al.
