He *asked for nuclear options* twice during his Presidency. No, seriously. He did. The CHIEF OF STAFF had to OFF-THE-BOOKS call his Chinese counterpart to reassure him that he would NOT FOLLOW AN ORDER TO NUKE CHINA. And you think there's no difference. I have reason to doubt your judgement.
