Thanks Debbie! I totally relate to the working pains, I'm at a point where I'm nervous to even play casual sports for fear of hurting my drawing arm 😂

I also still set an alarm on my computer to remind me to take a break (even if it's just a short one, to do my arm and hand stretches) every half an hour. I also have to still be careful about how I carry heavy stuff and for how long.
