Just read an interesting paper on Artificial Intelligence by Edlyn V. Levine called "Cargo Cult AI" in the latest Comm.ACM dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/.... She argues that intelligence requires being capable of doing certain things, such as establishing universality, nondeterminism, and causal inference.
