I really don't even think an outcome wherein some corporation can get your doctor to prescribe you a device that your life depends on but that you retain no significan control over - but like the company is good and competent and has their shit together - is desirable, let alone worth waiting for

Agree - the org's goal is for diabetics to have full control over their devices. "We are not waiting" for them to let us control things out of the goodness of their hearts, we're instead trying to hack everything by any means necessary to get that control I've been on hacked insulin pump for >6 yrs
