It’s not a bad joke! You combined it with another tried and true (it’s 5oclock somewhere) and created a new joke, which is the best treatment for a long-standing joke, i think. Also, a friend of mine uses the term “hurty” online to refer to anything malicious so i really should have caught it!

Oh, i get it. Tooth hurty! I have never heard that. In my google quest to decipher the joke, i came across a dental office called 230 dental and i remained perplexed. Should have sounded it out, but my brain doesn’t work well in the mornings. Thank you for the explanation!
