Best hope is to pull everything out of the pot, repot them individually in a succulent mix that has is 2/3 standard cactus mix, 1/3 pumice, & put them somewhere that doesn't freeze & gets ALL the sun. If there is roots rot, cut away bad parts, let the cuts dry for a day, then repot as above. 2/2
None of these are really good as houseplants -- they require a LOT of sun. What is happening here is the two echeverias (rosette shaped plants) are stretched (etiolated) searching for light, which weakens their internal structure. Thus is aggravated by their being us soil that stays too moist. 1/2
