They won't return home until the war in Gaza ends, and the war in Gaza won't end until the Israelis agree to the permanent withdrawal of its forces from the territory which it does not have any right to, and the Israelis won't agree to this until the Americans force them.

I agree. Hezbollah's rocket fire into Israel has not been very intense, only 8000 or so since Oct. 7th, a little over 20 a day. They can do that with a single launcher, Israel would need to completely eradicate their rocket launching capability to stop it.
