Captain Harlock is the existing upscale from Japan. About on par, or a bit nicer, than our Galaxy Express 999 TV releases a few years ago. A few screenshot examples.
I nearly used Captain Harlock clips instead of Golden Bat in the HBI set I did before the most recent one.
