I thought CSP was moving to a subscription based payment plan after this year? Did they change that, or?

Where was this announced? I'm aware that CSP has both subscriptions and perpetual licenses, though the perpetual licenses are NOT available on Android or iOS. I nabbed a perpetual license for my PC. O.o
