Maybe like when one of your juniors does that thing where they get all insecure and quiet for a bit, so you have a quick chat and figure out their worry, reassure them and give them a goal they achieve and feel good about? But like, if you were *really* a good lead then they'd never be insec- Argh.
the way gamers react to the word "consultancy" is wild bc that can mean so many different things in game dev. consultancy doesn't begin and end in narrative or design. a lot of consultant work i've done has extended to reviewing material for marketability or providing feedback on gameplay loops.
This is what game development should be.
Really not enjoying this trend of bills and statements for various services moving off email and into their apps or worse, whatsapp bullshit. Please just let your automated system keep doing the thing it's done for years? I will take longer to pay if I have to look up your app or IM history.
Projects->QCF->[game name]:Art/Design/Admin/Repo/Sound/etc. When any one folder gets too cluttered (except Repo/Code) I sort that into subfolders. Pretty sure my wife would be annoyed about Projects->Admin->Wedding, but like, don't tell her pls.

We made a game this weekend for #LudumDare 🎉 Did you also take part? Reply with a link to your game so I can have a look and give a rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

That's weird that the RAM is an issue - I hear you though. If there's one thing I'd change about this machine it's that.
I'm using the Asus Flow X13, it's tiny and can pretend to be a tablet when I'm traveling/presenting, but goes into workstation mode with the whole XG Mobile dock thing. Takes a bit of driver futzing every once in a while, and I put in a larger NVME drive, but it's been extremely solid.
