Behavioral economics (aka quantitative psychology) would like a word...
When cosmopolitan economists want to make other fields palatable to provincial economists who refuse to read outside of their field/give credence to the lesser social sciences they invent new subfields of economics....I say as a newly minted "stratification economist"
