Bob Dylan has been both some of the best and most disappointing in the many times I’ve seen him between 1996 and circa the present, but on balance pretty great.

The one time I saw him was in the early 90s. I was a broke student and was so pissed at what I paid vs what I got. Didn't speak a word, didn't play very long, REALLY seemed to not want to be there.
