You REALLY don’t need to suffer through illness! Honestly I’d recommend having both paracetamol and ibuprofen tablets on hand all the time, ready for when pain strikes. My parents were the complete opposite. First sign of any ache - painkillers, straight away. ‘Nip it in the bud’ they’d always say.
