I tend to get them when they're in a pack of things that I actually find useful. Like ship upgrades in Star Trek Online. Or an actual ship.

I still need to finish Super Robot Wars 30 and SD Gundam G Genenerations Crossrays, I promised Chrono Cross at some point... I get it.
