Voted today. And as a die-hard buckeye fan, I can tell you this is the only time in my life when I've said "Go Blue!"

Couldn't get patients tested outside of very strict specific high risk criteria because not enough tests. In addition to the unnecessary deaths in general, there was not enough tests to convince people who were positive to isolate. Whatever you remember about 2020, I assure you it was worse.

1. Get the scope. 2. If u absolutely will not, do Cologuard. 3. Never do fecal immune. Has to be done yearly & in 34 yrs can count on 1🖐🏼 number of patients who actually did so. 4. Blood test too new and too many false negatives. Colon cancer is a horrible but often preventable disease. Get tested

Tip of iceberg. US ranks below the rest of the Western World in everything other than cost. With current resources and health care for all US outcomes would improve and costs would decrease. Also our life expectancy is horrible. Denial of access to basic care is a big problem with dire consequences

Good or bad? Don't want to get wrongly optimistic. To much snatching defeat from the jaws of victory over the years in D world.

A lot of people forget how bad it really was. Whatever you might remember, it was worse

Completely agree. After reviewing manuscripts for the last 30 years, for free, and on tight deadline most of the time, I'm done. I now decline every review request, and I average four to five per week.

Have to figure out the shifting regs ins comps are applying to these medications. Changes every few wks. Had 1 ins company cut patient off because lost weight and now has normal BMI. Had high blood pressure and diabetes prior to weight loss. Will come back, and be more expensive as well as ⬆️ ♥️ risk
