Agree with you on this but also the localgov system is under such strain it must involve efficiencies. The two come hand in hand.

Been a part of this work and having been part of improving the care system for 20 years I’m really hopeful (seeing!) that it will bring better recording, reduce the admin burden, reduce workers’ week to normal hours and less regurgitating of family stories. Very excited by potential.
