Here’s what’s possible: my home has 12KW of solar on the roof. Everything is electric. I have two electric cars. I haven’t bought gas for my car since 2015. So far, I’ve saved about $19K not fueling up my cars. And, I still get at $100 check from the electric utility at the end of the year! #gosolar
No battery? So you generate enough to 'sell' back to the grid in excess of what you use when you cannot generate? Is your feed in tariff the same as your export tariff - just curious
We can't sell back to the grid and we get taxed on EVs, where I live. Plus charging away from home is shit. This province sucks.
