The willingness of the court to ignore the 14th amendment text that would have disqualified Trump, while discovering Presidential immunity powers that simply don't exist in the constitution, is the worst paired decision of 2024. SCOTUS is willing to act boldly, just not to protect democracy.

Each decision is an opportunity for this court to undermine and contradict one of their previous decisions.

It signals to their benefactors they’re willing to do whatever is necessary to enact minority rule.

Except Biden will pretend that this is binding instead of ignoring it.

You know, people against judicial activism that are strict constructionists and institutionalists.
