I'm glad he couldn't give more names. Those folks are supposed to be anonymous! But there were plenty of high level civil servants who told Trump appointees that what they wanted to do was illegal or wouldn't accomplish what they wanted. I guess that is "thwarting."

This is meant to appeal to Trump, but you know the Heritage Foundation can't say they want to dismantle the Social Security Administration and its deep state loyalists.
