While I'm happy I'm not having an anxiety spiral every 5 seconds, being on the opposite end is equally weird. Like being in a soundproof glass box and it feels hard for me to care about anything outside of a limited range of activities. Is there a word for this?

Like it's definitely some kind of apathetic state I'm just looking for the root cause
