Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas from my family to you & yours. As is my tradition the money I would have spent on cards has been donated - this year it was to @UNICEF to try and help provide some solace to kids who are suffering as conflict rages in their homelands.

It's a difficult decision. Should I just go for the USD100,00 fee for the book chapter in Feb or for the USD200,00 fee for publishing in the journal in Dec? Or...wait...they aren't suggesting charging me to publish the work I've already published?!
