I grew up eating flour tortillas cooked on the burner, buttered while hot, and then rolled up. Tonight, I have done myself one better. Corn tortillas, cooked in a butter-greased cast iron, with a proper helping of cinnamon sugar and a sprinkling of salt. I am full of happiness, and beer.
