Godzilla Minus One was amazing and I think it’s safe to say it’s probably one of the best Godzilla films in recent years. As one critic wrote, “[it’s] a surprisingly emotional story, delving deep into relatable themes focusing on the human spirit and survival in times of uncertainty and tragedy.”

New episode on the British-Italian historical drama television series, Domina! Joined by special guest, @drchristinah.bsky.social#AncientBluesky#AcademicSky#Archaeology#Podcast

Poisonous green background interspersed with smoke. Center to the image is large, white font reading: "When you are a Roman woman trying to survive the Fall of the Republic..."
Slight red tint to entire image. At the bottom is the Movies We Dig logo of a painting depicting theater goers and an old-fashioned movie projecter. Sitting behind, and at the top of the image is Augustus and Livia in front of the Roman Forum. Livia holds up a bloodied sword, which covers half of Augustus' face. In the upper left-hand corner is yellow and blue text reading: New Episode of Movies We Dig Domina Season 1 with Christina Hotalen

Maybe, but many of the comments I saw on xitter were asking “why” or remarking on “how gay” it was, and how it was a disgrace to the flag’s feelings 🙄

This has all the Greek nationalist freaks pissy since no one bothers reading the meaning behind it: “this flag is hosted in the Greek Consulate General in New York as part of an exhibition by Georgia Lale, which deals with the phenomenon of domestic violence and crimes involving women as victims.”

Greek flag in pink instead of its usual blue, highlighting and bringing awareness to domestic violence women face in the country
