Texas' proposed K-5 reading curriculum has been widely criticized as "Bible-infused." Reviewing it for Texas Freedom Network, I found it does overemphasize Christianity over other religions & incorporates Bible lessons in unwarranted ways. You can read the full report here: tfn.org/cms/assets/u...

Usually when animals end up in campaign news stories, it’s because of something cute. Now we have stories about animal carnage and death and larval infestation. This is new. This, to use the word of 2024, is weird.
