Sorry to hear you’re in so much pain, Robyn! I’ve missed your updates from Twitter but decided on the weekend I need to visit here more often to see people like you who always had something useful to say. Just had a massage myself and can now move my shoulders again! I feel for you!

Ridiculous how long I’d put off organizing it! I have fibromyalgia and usually manage things by seeing a physio almost weekly, but sometimes you’ve just got to give yourself that bit of extra TLC!!!
