All this talk of Sword Lesbians compels me to share one of my favorite swords I own, this lovely two-handed Chinese Jian. The balance point is honestly too far up for good point control, but that's not the biggest deal since it's a sharpened blade designed for cutting practice, not fencing.

My all-time favorite is my Miaodao, a two-handed Chinese saber that superficially looks like a long katana, but they're actually unrelated weapons. This type has been my fencing weapon of choice for years, it's really well-balanced and the long grip makes it handle a bit like a sword/spear hybrid.
